Course Description
IMPORTANT:
Register with the test administrator https://evolve.elsevier.com/cs/register prior to arrival. This cannot be completed in class. Please write down your Username and Password—this information is required to access your exam.
What to expect
- Bring a valid government-issued photo ID
- Bring Username and password
- If you arrive fifteen minutes after your scheduled appointment time, you will not be allowed to test.

Important Info
- All students applying to an allied health competitive admission program must take the HESI A2 exam.
- For associate degree programs, the student must achieve a score of 70 or higher to be eligible for program application.
- For diploma and technical certificate of credit programs the student must achieve a score of 60 or higher to be eligible for program application.
- Test is administered through Economic Development. Testing by appointment only.
- May take the exam two times per calendar year.
Refund Policy
- Refunds must be requested BEFORE scheduled testing session begins.
- Rescheduling must be completed in your online portal or requested via email BEFORE scheduled testing session begins.
- No-shows result in no refunds or rescheduling.
